I don't know if it was, but it felt like it was locally owned and operate - a nice personal touch that the large chain hotels can never achieve. The cafeteria on site was an unexpected pleasure. Good breakfast, nice location. Nothing. The signal of the wireless network in the room was very weak. It is not a value for money hotel.
