Great location, and wonderful rooms with amazing views. Great blockout curtains, much needed for midnight sun. Awesome breakfast. Lovely staff. Lovely reception area with many places to relax. 30 min walk from airport, in centre of town, very helpful staff, great breakfasts, fantastic views across the harbour & of the northern lights from our room! (Junior suite) Great hotel!.

Excellent room with great views of the harbour. Good location for taking the ferry to the Lofoten Islands. Garage parking for security. location is so near the city bus stop from the airport and easy to find the bus stop to most of the places. The hotel staff were great. They allowed us to check in early and store luggage and were very welcoming. Loved the view of the waterside.wonderful staff and excellent breakfast. Very well located hotel.g. Breakfast was very good. Rooms were nice. Access to exercise room and fitnesssenter. I liked view from window. I liked food very much. the service and the quietness. Breakfast. Did not know what the little dots stood for on the survey. Thought hotel was just fine. We were grateful that it was open when ferry arrived from kkn. The hotel does have a good location in the center of the town. The breakfast was excellent. Location close to ferry. The equipment in the training room was a bit run down and outdated. Our double bed was two singles pushed together...sometimes would separate in the night and one of us would fall down the gap! :) still worth it though, fantastic hotel!. The gymroom needed to upgrade some equipment. the toilet is so small that only shower with curtain facility instead of a shower room. It is unacceptable for a 4 star hotel that after shower, you have to clean the toilet because it became wet. The room was a little dated, but still very comfortable. Bed comfortable but bar type legs meant two beds pushed together came apart. Windows didn't stay open very well and room very hot . My first room was not sound islated, so i heard everythin that went on on the street, eventhoug i was in 4th floor, so made it very hard to sleep. Beds were not as good as other rica hotels i,ve been staying, and they were small. Didnt find an icemachine. The bathroom door wasn't good enough. It was not possible to regulate the Aircondition system from the room. There wast a cool draft from the system down towards the bed. Not good enough especially when premium price is paid for a junior suite. I need to have the window open durig the night and it was so noisy, that I did not sleep very well. When I tried to close the window, I could not sleep, because it was too warm. I had view to a backyard. Staff by breakfast.
