Secondly, the staff is very nice and upon check out, we could negotiate to pay only 2 sets for bedsheet, pillow and towel as 3 of us only used 2 sets ultimately. On the accommodation floor, everything is well organized and we could feel like we were staying at home. In addition, we arrived Bergen very early around 6-7 am so it is not convenient at all to just ask someone to open the main entrance for us to get in and drop the luggages as the system is quite complicated.
