I had a party of 7persons stayed at Hotel Emma (Rotterdam) for a week. Their needs were well taken care of. I will definitely use Hotel Emma whenever I am in Rotterdam. Every member of staff is friendly helpful and sociable, with a ready, natural smile and always with a good sense of humour. the whole experience but most of all the genuine caring and warmth of the staff.

Rooms were not well cleaned, coffee cups and glasses not washed, rubbish bins not emptied. Also did not like that there was a coffee machine but that you had to pay if you used the coffee sachets. Noise during the night from neighbouring police office.Small parking, breakfast should have more food assortment. Rooms were a bit hot. If you get a room on the street side then it may be a bit noisy until the traffic dies down. bedcover is not clean.seems to be not having been changed. room curtains. Noisy location directly above main street with late bar immediately opposite room. Cold Staff, unreasonably expensive mineral water in mini. bar.

-The Hotel Emma is situated on the right corner.

TRAM (4 minutes):
