Each room has an individual design and a kitchen, very handy. Excellent room - value for money and Friendly staff.The interior of this hotel is wonderful,. Individuality and cleanliness. the bed and the view. The rooms are really nicely decorated, both of the suits and the standard rooms. Especially the kitchen is very special, I think.excellent hotel, very nice and comfortable. metro station across from it, great value.

The distance to Metro station (Maashaven) was very short. The view from upper floors was nice. It was very quiet hotel: The hotel elevators were basically soundless and the Metro line made only soft sound which could be heard only if the window was open. Very nice waiters, clean, good breakfast(i had special offer which includes breakfast in price), bath tube and normal bath are separated, and the kitchen.Very modern hotel close to metro station. kitchenette. the electic mix of decor was a pleasant change from the run of the mill hotel interiors. Liked the room but 07:00 is too late to start a breakfast service. nice view, very big rooms/appartments. Kitchen facilities, good breakfast. The music during breakfast. warm wellcome at reception. The kitchenette was nice to have with it's own kettle and coffee machine and full size fridge. Beds were extremely comfortable. I like the separate white quilt covers. The rooms were well laid out with plenty of space and comfort. the atmosphere was great. the hotel. Very bad quarter, you will not take a walk in the evening, specific cafes-restaurants this quarter. it was accessible. Very cosy room with a kitchenette when you enter the room with watercooker and microwave. Very practical. Very friendly staff, original room furnishings.Nice room, nice view. Close to a metro station. Location. The breakfast started only at 8:00. And I had pepper steak for dinner, which was ok, but I found it a little too expensive.It was hard to find and people in Rotterdam dont seem to know it-it tookages to find.SUBWAY-Maashaven-right opposite. Parking was too expensive. The hotel is far from city centre.A bit pricey. Far too hot. Weather outside was not hot, so couldn't understand why it was like this. Would have been better to be able to control temperature in our room. On walking through the hotel's front door, felt very stuffy.some noise from street at night. Would have liked a mirror in the bedroom!!!. The hotel bar was rather expensive. In the room the furniture was quite worn up or even a little broken. In rooms, no any big mirror.No bar in the hotel. the restaurant menu - not many options for a vegetarian. receptionist sent me to wrong, already occupied room. new room obviously wasn't tidied up. internet wasn't available in the rooms, one elevator has been broken. breakfast 18,50€!! parking garage was full. No proper bar. The area it is in. some lights in room did not work. If there is only one lift operating you loose patience. The wardrobe door latch was broken and the bathroom door wouldn't shut unless it was slammed hard. Underground parking was extra charge even though the hotel is expensive and often the card to get out of the car park did not work which was really annoying.I arrived late as was unbale to get anything to eat after 10.00pm. lots of things in the room did not function (tv, phone). It was very hot in there. Seems isolation is too good, and lack of ac infacilities and room makes it very uncomfortable in the summer season. Apity because this hotel was a good quality price one. Only recommendableafter ac is installed. The breakfast was a bit disorderly. You would expect a bit more variation for a 4 star hotel. And the metro in front the hotel is a bit noisy.Located in grim and remote part of town, far from points of interest, no good/safe place to park a car, optional internet, expensive breakfast, small beds in single rooms. Breakfast was horrible - dry bread, overcooked eggs, etc. Despite theoverwhelming presence of staff, nothing was fresh. Might be better at 7am though. The other thing was that they gave me an uncleaned room withtowels lying around everywhere. They gave me another room on my request,but I had to move to another floor.Never before stayed in a hotel where the phones didn't work! nor did the tv remote, no aircon, no toiletries. "4* " is a joke. Internet connection totally unavailable, either from the room (cable) or wireless in the lounge. I have asked 4 times ot fix it and each time I have been given different promises of a quick fix. No way. Restaurant. I have been waiting 45 minutes to have my dinner served in a close to be empty restaurant, and when it came it was the wrong serving.Breakfast - very slow service -. all not in accordance to rating Four Star, It should be 2 Star not more.Breakfast EUR 17,50 is a Joke, Rooms have no A/C, Prices for Lunch/Dinner over priced and quality not good enough for a 4 Star rating.

In the direction of Rotterdam (A16), take exit 24, Feyenoord. In front of the Kuip, turn right at the roundabout. At the second set of lights, turn left onto the 2e Rosstraat, keep following this street, it changes into the Putselaan. From Gouda/Utrecht
