no complains, perfect hotel after a busy working day. Location, ideally placed for our visit to Noordwijk.Very good location and the hotel is very nice. Very comfortable. Very well maintained property. perfect location of hotel. very helpfull and polite staff, exceptionally good breakfast. the pool was fabulous. Located in front of the sea: we watched the sunset from the restaurant. Easy ride to Keukenhof.

Rooms were clean.Swimming pool, location next to the sea. the location of the hotel and all facilities.Location (close to the beach and the dunes), fairly large room, nice swimming pool and sauna. beach view. The Hotel is closely located to the beach. At first it looked like a five star hotel. Quality of bed, bathroom. There was a bed to sleep in, the front door of the hotel walked onto the ocean-front. Breakfast was extremely expensive.They did not disclose the cost of bringing the dog; I was surprized to find it costed 35 Euros!. The front desk reception was slow, it took 25 minutes to check in and 25 minutes to check out, this should take 5-10 minutes maximum.we asked for a seaview room, as we did not want to overlook the car park. We were given a nice seaview room, but without advising us that it would cost €100 more for two nights. Price of breakfast. Smoking in the hall and in the restaurant was apparently allowed, be prepared to meet naked people in the sauna area. Getting help from the front desk was lengthy. The was usually only one hotel reception desk person and it took up to 10 minutes to have parking card stamped. We were charged taxes even though our reservation stated that taxes were included. Please respond to this. Parking was 20 Euros a day, again expensive.Dogs in the Hotel! that was a suprise. Additional services like internet and parking were at an extra (high) cost. For a 5* hotel which is not located in a city centre these services ought to be included in the room price.They charged for two breakfasts without asking, some of the staff was rude. Rooms not really clean, bad ventilation of room. too long a walk to thru the hallways and a bit slow staff. The beds were uncomforable. The double bed consisted off two small beds that were placed side by side. The sofa bed was hard as a rock. It felt like a tourist trap. From our experience it is unusuall to pay extra for the swimming pool and newspaper. The breakfeast, 22 Euro per person, even for a 12 year old was not worth the money. Disappointed that this so-called 5-star hotel has no airconditioning, therefor it was too hot in the room for a good night sleep. Very inpersonal.YES. This was a horrible experience. The hotel staff was rude, rude, rude. We were moved into the 4 star hotel that we did NOT book, and were not told. It was just done. The rate was not changed until I called them on it, and they were not willing to move us to the room we had booked. The room they gave us was where they stored all the service carts, so we manuvered thru the hall thru carts.
