View, decor, homey atmosphere. Staff were friendly and helpful, Hotel is very nicely situated on the Seafront.Great view of the sea and beach. location. The hotel was of a good standard and atmosphere and always somethng going for eveyone, reading newpapers in the bar, relaxing in pool or sauna or enjoying the sea view. staff very friendly and helpful. lack of basic facilities, this is hardly a 3 star, not to speak of 4 star rating !. Would be nice to have a lighter Breakfast option - I didn't take breakfast because it was too expensive. The hotel rooms are getting a little dated in particular the bathrooms and could do with re-furbishing in the near future, also looking forward to holland banning smoking in public places, as bar was very smokey and the only place to have drink, late evening on arrival.The pool was closed Saturday morning from 9am - 11.30am, due to swimming lessons, not ideal as this would be when most residents would go for a swim. room small and shabby carpet badly stained in need of cleaning,room needed redecorating.many things. location perhaps was the only advantage. all the rest below any thinkable standards of hospitality.
