very central and easy to find, staff were friendly and helpful, food next door was beautiful, room was clean but basic. I have stayed in Amsterdam a few times and I would definately stay there again. - All the staff including the receptionist have been very nice and helpful through our stay at the France Hotel

You could not wish for a better location. The hotel staff are awesome and some of the most helpfull and friendly I have ever experienced. The apartments themselves offer you a little bit of Amsterdam. The canal views are amazing and we loved having breakfast looking out on what felt like 1 of the best views in Amsterdam. -

The location was the best thing about this hotel - it is right next to the red light district - which is pretty central to everywhere in Amsterdam - all the places we wanted to visit were at most a 20 minute walk away, therefore public transport was not needed. We had booked a small double - which was definitely small, however for our 3 night stay, this was perfect for us. Staff were so friendly and helpful, the hotel modern decoration and outlets with fireplace were so delightful. Rooms were big enough with the modern touch. Excellent stay. We chose this as it is something different and more fun than an ordinary hotel and it was fabulous. Centrally located (10 mins walk from Centraal) but quiet. The standard of accommodation was excellent. Lovely to sit in the wheel house with a drink in hand looking out over the water. Very friendly and helpful host. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was really nice - room had new furniture and everything was nice and clean, bathroom also was very nice. The beds were huge and it was very warm in the room. Breakfast was also nice and the staff was very friendly and helpful. The location is great - exactly in the centre, close to central station and to all the shops and sight seeing -

The fact that it is so close to the main train station and near the most exiting area of Amsterdam, as well as the fact that my staying in the hotel provided me much comfort. - chilling at the bar. Going for a swim. That there was secure parking. The staff were excellent in helping us when our passports were stolen, when we were out site seeing.
