everything! the service was excellent from the time we stepped through the doors. the location is central in a beautiful residential part of amsterdam, easily accessible to all must see tourist attractions, yet located safely away a few minutes from the hubbub with beautiful views. great bar, breakfast buffet or room service, dinner for dining

The service was outstanding - staff was friendly, helpful and knowledgable and really went out of their way. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was nice and varied. The spa was very relaxing and had plenty of different areas, despite the initial shock that swimwear is not permitted. The toiletries and en suite were also to a very high standard. -
