  The staff was wonderful. Our refridgerator had a problem but they came within minutes to correct. We blew a fuse at 5 in the morning and again there in minutes to fix. Access to the hotel facilities was great too. But the staff is fantastic. There to help you and so friendly. Loved it. - Location and luxury

  So many nice extra touches, eg. range of toiletries in bathroom including hairbrush and a pillow menu. Big flat screen tv in the room. Lots of channels on tv, eg. BBC, Sky News.   This was our second time at this hotel and we will most definetly stay again. It is a fantastic, clean hotel. The staff are the nicest you will ever meet. The hotel is right in the centre of everything and I would recommend it to everyone. We didn't have one complaint about this hotel, it is perfect. - Its location was excellent to all the tour... what people say » ist attractions. However it was in an ideal location that you were not disturbed by late night noise. I would not hesitate in recommending this hotel to anyone and would use it again.

  I loved the food at the restaurant, very delicious. The 25% discount was a great bonus, as well as the discounts on drinks. Our room was really cool and the art everywhere was very interesting. The location was awesome and the staff was friendly & helpful. The best part, in my opinion, was the music.
