Everything! It was within walking distance of everything pretty much, it was clean, the staff friendly and helpful, breakfast hit the spot. Seriously well priced for all that. I would definitely stay there again. - Breakfast was plentiful. No rushing you out. Very helpful staff. Noproblems. Information forthcoming-directions etc. Very laid back.

The hotel was a block from the Rijksmuseum -- the breakfast room looked across the street to the back archway. We were two blocks from the Van Gogh Museum, and on the tram and bus lines that led everywhere. We were able to take a BUS to and from the airport by walking a few steps.

Let's be clear - this is a budget hotel. Basic furnishings, shared bathroom. If this is what you are after this is a very good choice. Great location. Tram at door. Three major museums no more than 500 m away, canals also, supermarket nearby, plenty of food options, and the wonderful vondelpark. Good basic breakfast. Bed comfortable. Clean facilities. Good vibe.

Kooyk Hotel was beautiful, realy perfect place for holidays,absolutly clean, very good breakfast, big beautiful room with wiev from window to canal (Gracht), comfortable bed and location can not be better - directly in the middle of the nicest and oldest part of Amsterdam.It was so romantic:-) We will come back to Amsterdam next year and of course

Good size rooms, towels included, The bathroom was good lots of room good shower, pressure was good some places have shocking showers but this one was good. Service was good the staff were nice as pie and were very helpful when asked questions. -
