Stuff attitude, big and comfort room with nice bathroom, good location: walking distanse from the centre and from main shopping streets with bars/restaurants. Staff very friendly. Parking excellent. Room exceptionally clean and well equipped. Very handy to the train station, bars and shopping. Friendley atmosfer. the personal was very kind and the breakfast excellent. The room was also very quiet. The location of the hotel is also very convenient.

Not near the central station or airport, the Hotel has to be reached by public transport or taxi. Slow checkout procedure. We had no look out from our room.very dark no daylight. i think guest should have the option to get the key fot use of the glass doors in the rooms.the small bed. the noise from street made it very hard to sleep at night. cold room. I didn't like the breakfast. And there was no direct entrance from the hotel to the garage.the bed were 2 singles together, rather than a double bed. Bed was uncomfortably soft resulting in both of us suffering back pain due to lack of support. Breakfast was expensive for quality of food offered. The hot items were not fresh - hard scrambled egg, conjealed baked beans etc.The stairs..... Also I paid for two rooms by credit card and there wassome trouble finding the payment for this, which meant some moments oftension, but staff were very friendly. price of breakfast was very expensive although we didn't get it it was very highly priced at 14.50 euro. The stairs from reception seemed dangerous. I find the selling of paintings a bit odd.Charged for breakfast I never had, although this was sorted once i queried it. No possibility to have separated bills for twin-room (at buisiness trip it's important for company accounting). Breakfest price idiotically high.We paid in full prior to the trip but was then asked for a city tax on our departure. This was not made clear and not acceptable. When payment is made in full that is in full. I will not use this service again. Being automatically allocated single beds because I did a booking for one person. Some people do not like single bed. The staff were accommodating enough to give me a double bed when I mentioned it at reception. No hair dryer in the room although it was advertised as having one, however, if I'd asked at reception I'm sure they would have supplied one for me. 3 light bulbs were not working and there were some cobwebs in the room. 14.50 for breakfast is too much (although average for Eindhoven). Room allocated was at rear of hotel through car park and up many stairs or a slow lift. It was an appartment type room which was not the type of room booked. as above. Carpets in room had dirty marks on them. i paid 130euro for my room but there was no mini bar - an absolute disgrace. hotel bar closed early and a bad selection of beverages at reception.There was a noise in the room from a Fan and it never stopped, it was a nightmare and i couldnt find where that noise is coming from. Unconfortable beds, very small room for 2 people.the service. The window of the room could not close. The staff members were informed but just replied that they would dsignal it, without proposing any alternative (other room, discount, extra blankets...). Over priced for what is basically an ibis standard room,VERY basic andsmall rooms. Extremely expensive, no value for money. The worst stay I ever had.
