The hotel was brilliant, It was in the town centre near to all the restaurants, bars and shops. It is also opposite the cinema and train station. Everything is within a 5 minutes walk. Although it is in the centre the room is nice an quiet. All staff are friendly, the rooms were very clean, big and modern and very trendy. The restaurant in the hotel is brilliant and the breakfast is nice too.

The night porter did not tell us that we could have a kettle if we wanted. car parking was hard to find even with sat nav, we later found out the hotel had a deal with Q park 1 block away, at a rate of around 25 euro per night. On Booking.com web side there wasn't written there were working in progress . You should update it. But they didn't work during the week end... so we were lucky !"!! No Heating in the badroom.... The hotel had no record of my reservation ~ but luckily I had a copy. The bar shut very early - no facilities for residents. Poor breakfast. Can hear noise from the clubs/bars on a Saturday night. Open shampoo bottle was left in the bathtub area on a top ledge when we arrived the first nights booking prior to this occasion. An oversight by cleaners. Don't like the shower head location, water gets on the floor and too close to the end of one side of the tub.No. the helpfullness of the staff. a big thanks to Guido at the reception, help with our questions are very knowledgeable.Parking was full. Breakfast could have had more choices ... more cereal choice and fresh fruit salad.I thought there could have been more of a variety on the breakfastbuffet. I found the bacon eggs etc.was cold on the three days of mystay,On the Sunday morning I was in the breakfast room at 7.30am. Itsnot that I was late down for breakfast and everything everything hadgone cold. The Hotel needs to look check this out. Bathroom wasn't as clean as it should have been.Smoking inside the building. No tea or coffee in the rooms the drinks were to dear. It was being renovate so some services were not available. There is no teakettle at room, that is bit in-convenient.It was too expensive in comparison to hotels in other cities in Holland and for what it was. It would have also been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room.

Please note that it is not allowed to park, load and unload in front of the hotel. At P1 and P2 you can use the intercom to contact the hotel to open the gate. After parking your vehicle, use the Vestdijk exit (P1) to reach the hotel. You can also walk back to the Raiffeisenstraat exit (P2) and turn right at the Vestdijk. From both locations, you can see the Hampshire Hotel - Crown Eindhoven across the street between ABN AMRO and ING Bank. The parking fee is per vehicle per night with a maximum of 7 nights. After these 7 nights, no extra charges apply. Please note that parking is at your own risk. In case that no parking space is available, you can go to Q-park Heuvelgalerie, which is open 24 hours a day. Please enter "Ten Hagestraat" into your navigation system. If arriving by train, exit the Eindhoven station to the south (towards the city centre). Cross the station square and walk in the direction of the Eindhoven Tower, a green glass building. Turn right just before the building and then take an immediate left after passing the building. You will now be on Vestdijk. The Eden Crown Hotel Eindhoven is located on the opposite side of the street. If arriving by bus, first walk through the Eindhoven station and then follow the directions above.

BY CAR
If arriving by car, take the direction Eindhoven-Centrum. There are various parking facilities near the Eden Crown Hotel. Moreover, Eden Crown Hotel Eindhoven has got its own parking facilities for guests at the Raiffeisenstraat (see city map).
