The hotel's central location was excellent. The breakfast options were good. Vending machines and bar facilities were very useful.

It is a shame there are no Smoking rooms available but this wasn't too inconvenient.

The Location was perfect right in the heart of the city and there was plenty to eat at breakfast

English folk like us enjoy a cup of tea first thing in the mornings and last thing at night so was a little disappointed that there wasnt anything available in our rooms even a vending machine selling hot drinks would have been ok.

The staff was incredible in helping with anything/everything we needed and asked for. The location is terrific! It is about a 15 minute walk with bags from the central train station and 60 feet from Dam Square. You would expect the area to be noisy but we never heard anything! And it's not a big chain hotel!

The hotel could not be in a better position for visiting all parts of the city. The staff were most helpful and the breakfast buffet was excellent.

The location is primo, just off Dam Square. The staff are fantastic. Room was great. Hotel is great, would highly recommend.

First location!! it was in the middle of everything..

Our stay at the Rho Hotel was excellent and Made or trip to Amsterdam, The room was excellent size with Tv and comfiest bed ever! Shower room very clean the staff were extremely friendly and the Breakfast was outstanding. Will be staying there Next time in the Summer. Aslo the Hotel allowed us to leave our bags in a locked room after checking out, so we were free to walk about the rest of the day.

Everything, particularly the central location.

Last visit some months ago, there was no toilet paper in my room, something I have never experienced elsewhere in 40 years of travelling arund Europe. Everyone was very apologetic.This time, the standard lamp in my room didn't work.Clearly, the room attendants don't use a checklist. Also, you need more signs directing guests to the lifts.

Its extra friendly staff, and perfect position to the Dam Square, so handy for getting your bearings.

yes the no smoking. but i made it smoked outside.husband fell first night in bathtub. and cracked his ribs, was told hotel not responsable. but no rubber mat or strips in tub.

Breakfast, free wireless internet, hotel staff

Having to leave the key at the front desk when leaving the hotel. Also,my roommate asked for the key several times and there was no id check. Ibelieve anyone could have asked for 'room 424' and gotten the key. Thisis a problem. There should always be an id check, unless the staffmember remembers you.
