Please note that check-in is done at the property office in Amsterdam. Check-in cannot take place at the apartment. Guests will be contacted directly by the property after booking. Please note that each apartment is set in a different location. Please check the room information for the address or ask at check-in for directions. Guests are kindly requested to inform the hotel of their estimated arrival time. This can be noted in the Special Requests box during booking, or by contacting the hotel using the contact details found on the booking confirmation. This property accepts cash and credit card payment. Guests who wish to pay by bank transfer need to contact the property in advance. A safety deposit of EUR 250 is required to be paid on arrival (see Policies). This will be refunded after stay by Bank Transfer or Pay Pal account, provided that no damages are made. Cash refund is available under the condition of an extra EUR 30 payment at check-in. Please note that check-in is between 15:00-18:00. Late check-in between 18:00 and 22:00 incurs an extra charge of EUR 30. Please note that for late check-in between 22:00 and 00:00 there is an extra charge of EUR 50. Early check-in is possible for an extra charge of EUR 30. Please contact the property after booking for more details. Standard check-out is at 11:00.
