We stayed on the top floor with no elevator, too many stairs

very helpfull staff, spacy rooms (comparing to hotels of the kind), possibility to leave luggage in the hotel for free after check-out when the flight is in the evening, very good location, proximity to clubs and other night attractions, I have read comments before going there and was prepared that the hotel is very noisy, in fact it was a bit noisy because of the street, but it was bearable

there were no hair dryers in bathrooms, steep stairs

Central and a very nice apartment

no "hotel" services, basically an apartment.

The thing I liked best was the location of the hotel.

Nothing which I really disliked, but some minor things which made the total experience less good. For instance: the hotel personel didnt speak Dutch, didnt look like hotel staff (werent recognizable as such) and weren't overly friendly. I think they're used to the typical Amsterdam tourist.
