We changed our schedule at least 3 times because we were sick but it was totally no problem for him. He took good care of us. In the end I was really surprised because he didn't want to charge the room for the last night when my sick friend stayed there and I went to the desert.     We loved our stay here, including the night in the desert they arranged for us. The staff was amazing and the family that owns the guesthouse was incredibly welcoming -- Hassan sat on the terrace with us for half an hour just to chat after we arrived. They're also working to preserve the dunes and keep dirtbikes and quads off them. Great people! W... what people say » e also had dinner there (there aren't many options in Merzouga) and the meal was delicious. - The Seggoui family goes above and beyond to make your stay comfortable and pleasurable. The food is the best I've had in Morocco (and I have been here for 2 months so far). The rooms are very spacious and spotless! If you don't stay here while in Merzouga, you are really missing something very special!

    This place has a really good location for those travelling by car. Located at Meknes Medina, just 7 minutes walk from the main square and 3 minutes from medina markets, it has a private car parking just in 100 meters nearby, thus you can come by car and leave it in a safe place. Riad is being run by an Englishman (to whom it might be important), a - The hotel was lovely but very hard to find, we wouldn't have found it if it wasn't for some friendly locals. Food was delicous, the best food we ate while traveling through Morocco. The staff are very friendly and helpful they go out of their way to accommodate you. The locals in the market are all very friendly. The market was amazing the best we had seen in Morocco, a definate must do.

    Drive to the car park towards the top of mi and a guide will find you. The hotel is in the Medina nearby. It is clean, quiet with common balconies and the staff really want you to have a nice stay. The big draw though is being near to Volubilis. Get there at 09:00 before the buses and offer the guide Dir200 for a personal one hour tour.     Though we found the facilities quite basic, this riad delivered what we came for. Ali, the owner, was very available, friendly and responsive to our needs. We wanted to experience desert culture and because of him we did. He took us to a village wedding which happened to be taking place the nite we arrived; he took us on a 4wd trip into the desert... what people say » to visit a family, hear some traditional musicians, and see aspects of the desert we wouldnt have seen without him. The fact that the riad is located - We were very well greeted by Ali and his staff. Ali quickly arranged jeep and dromedary (no camels in Africa) trips for us. The room was nicely decorated, Maroccan style. We had a wonderful evening meal under the tent by the pool and all you can eat breakfast. Above all we got what we came for, to see the desert, visit a different culture and meet friendly people.

    On a hill overlooking the town and has a nice view from the room balcony. The inside is very nice, and the room feels very cosy with the wooden walls. Don't miss the motorbike ride it is great. - The design, decoration and facilituies is just awsome. Spa is one of the best. Location and weather is very interesting. The people are very warm.

    We were blindsighted by the wonderfull reception and experience we have had in Meknes and at Riad Amazigh! Amazigh was, up to now (only one more hotel to stay - in Rabat), the very best place we have stayed in Morocco. We are spending 20 days traveling around the country, and we have noticed there's a culture of excessive - and not very genuine - ... what people say » "kindness" by Riads towards their clients. At Amazhig, nonetheless, we were received with genuine and honest kindness. Hassan, the manager, was amazin - Unfortunately I stayed at Riad Amazigh just for one night. I met the owner Fatima which has welcomed me with a lovely dinner (the olives and lemon chicken tajin was amazing). The room was big, clean. Did not have the chance to use all the hotel facilities. The breakfast was abundant. The quality of the service is higher than other riads I have been during my holiday in Morocco and the price is fair compared with the overall quality of the experience.     Rooms were clean and comfortable. Lots of hot water. Space heaters and electric blankets were an added touch for the colder winter weather. - Wonderful attitude of the friendly staff. The kitchen area reminded me of a house in Auckland I was in a bit as child - weird.

    we stay in hotel Auberge les roches every things was amazing the staff and the owner Lahcen was very friendly and he explain to us all detials about the tours on camels and 4x4 and the price was resonable and we did the exxursion by cmale to oasis and also by 4x4 and we spent night in oasis and sleeping in the tent nomads and we have dinner under... what people say » tent nomad was delicious and the camel Man Adi and Mustafa was very friendly and hospitality and we went to excursion to see the village black peopl - Good location, right next to sand dunes. Hosts were very accommodating, Mohammed met us at the bus station and helped us with our baggage to hotel, and fed us dinner when we arrived. We were looking to do sandboarding, the hotel helped arrange us a day trip for a reasonable price exactly as we wanted. Breakfast on terrace was really nice.

    Auberge La Source is placed just in front of the big erg.Hassan´s family is very nice and the service is perfect. Breakfast and dinner were included and they were always big and very delicious. We stayed there only one night but we have many unforgetable memories - sunset in dessert with cammels and our perfect guide Mohamed (thanks a lot, Moha... what people say » med, it was really a beautiful experience). We can highly recommend this Auberge to other visitors. You will be very happy there. Ivana and Vladimir - La Source is located in the small village of Hassi Labied, a 15min drive from Merzouga and a short walking distance from the Great Dune of Erg Chebbi. The view is wonderful from their terrace. The auberge is clean and welcoming, brothers Omar and Said treated us as real friends and their sisters cooked the best tagines. We would love to go back to La Source and definitely recommend you to choose them.

    It's located in the centre of the souq and you do not expect to meet such a quite accomodation. The roof terrace is unbelievable. You have a perfect view on the medina and can enjoy the atmosphere. The Riad is about 400 years old and if you can have a look into the owners part. It was great to get a bit of history about the Riad. It has one of the best views of Meknes from the roof top terrace. We really enjoyed our stay!
