The rooms are newly renovated in a well done manner. Clean, well arranged and very onvenient to Rabat Ville train station. The staff was most helpful arranging reasonable transportation to the airport. The restaurant offered an excellent breakfast and varied menu for supper. In fact, it was an excellent stay with excellent facilities and helpful staff. Simply, i loved my stay at Belere Hotel and looking forward to be their guest in the future. I also would like to thank all the staff for their great attitude.
all reviews » The Belere was very clean and welcoming. It's location is fantastic...walking distance from the train station and several sites. The staff was very helpful in securing us a taxi for pre-dawn ride to the airport. We were first time visitors to Morocco and a little tired after a drive from Fez.The staff were extremely helpful with directions and advice. The hotel was very close to the railway station and car drop off. Convenient to the station and good restaurants and serving free buffet breakfasts. The television in the room showed bbc and cnn channels!. Extreem nice personel. Well organised Excellent location down town (5 minutes from Train Station). Nothing. Slightly impersonal, but only because I had been staying in riads in most of Morocco. Rooms should have a kettle, cups, some satchets of ilk, cofee and tea, matches and other items which you find in most hotel rooms nowadays. Nothing. We will stay here again if we have the opportunity to return to Rabat. The breakfast could be better. not much choices in breakfast. Nothing. not nice breakfast... Extremely poor Wi-fi coverage - and this seems to be across most rooms, as we could not connect in the lobby nor from another room at a different floor. Also, I got a room with a balcony and windows to the main street, and noise isolation is poor. Unfortunately there is a disco club downstairs, and the music goes on until 4a.m....Sensitive sleepers do abstain!!!. the restaurant is very dated and the breakfast is basic. The hotel didn't have the facilities it advertised. The roof bar was closed (in mid-April). The room with a sea view had no sea view... In addition the hotel seemed to be in a state of disarray. There was no menu for the restaurant or room service. Finally, for no apparent reason, the staff tried to charge us for two nights. If we hadn't been aware of the currency exchange rate we would have paid double price...
