Swimming pool - huge & luxurious. Decor - beautiful hotel. good value. Spacious rooms. Room was OK. Location - outside city & surrounding area not the best. They did not have the booking recorded - even though it was booked two days earlier on the net. We had to wait 40 mins for the staff to sort it out. Hair dryer didn't work called reception, asked for a replacement, they said okay would send a new one up but they never did.
