We stayed in 4 places in Morocco and this was definitely the most luxurious.
My husband unfortunately arrived ill and the staff fell over themselves to get him medicine, special foods etc.
It's in a tricky to find part of the city but they have that covered with a guide that takes you, clear maps and even supply a mobile phone so you can call if you get in to trouble! We didn't have to use it but it was nice to have the back up.

The staff were superb - very friendly and very helpful. They provide a
very useful mobile phone to use if you get lost (and they will come and
get you). They could not have been better and they made the trip very
enjoyable - they always had a smile so you felt as if you were a
special guest.
The terrace levels on the top floor made a wonderful oasis when returning from a busy walk in the medina. They will bring you (free) mint-flavored lemonade which is very refreshing.
The staff were absolutely amazing. Felt really well looked after. It's the little things that count, and they've thought of everything. Nothing is too much trouble.

The wifi broke whilst we were there but they tried hard to get someone out to fix it.
Overall we were very pleased and there was nothing that the staff would
not try and help with. Just a warning that our room (Sandal) was small
as we expected (although nicely furnished). The room lighting was
"romantic", but they can supply additional reading light if
requested.
Would have liked the plunge pool to be a bit warmer!.
For the money, it would have been good to have baths in the rooms, as opposed to just showers. However, I believe this is something all rooms with have come 2014.

Smell of drains in my bathroom (which they had tried to 'mask'
with an essential oil burner). Noisy air con at night - I think at the
room rates they charge, they should update their air cons to more modern
ones. Noisy fan on the roof in the deck chair area. My companion had
fallen ill and could not make it - there was no offer of a discount. I
was offered free evening meals instead. The riad advertise hammam
facilities but upon arrival I was told they were not available.
