The friendly staff and that they made everything possible. The treatment in the hamman was great. The meals were simple but very good. It was a beautiful riad and the staff were extremely knowledgeable and helpful.Situation, terrace with view on Atlas Mountains, Food, Hamman, tranquillity and atmosphere in the Riad. This is a beautiful riad right in the Medina and only a short walk to Jemaa el Fna. The room was great even tough it was one of the cheapest. Phillipe and his staff are friendly, welcoming and very helpful. We stayed five nights and had dinner there three times because it was so good - congratulations to the chef! We find it hard to find fault and can't wait to return. Will definitely recommend it. all reviews »
Staff were very friendly and food was delicious!. The riad staff told us that because of construction work happening near the riad our desired room was too nisy so they gave us another room. Having done extensive research on the riad and knew that the room we were given was not as nice as the one we had booked. Also we spent 3 nights in the riad and travelled throughout the medina so we knew that there was no construction happening around.It was cold for this period of the year and it took a while before to warm up the room. It was also impossible to get a breakfast before 8:00 even they agreed to a smaller one. The pedicure wasn't very good value for the price basically just a bit of a scrub and polish....staff not overley friendly.

Travelling information
If you plan to arrive by car make sure that you have a local map. It is better to arrive at the Baab Ghamat door on the east side of the city and drive in straight into the town following the Lycee Mohamed V on the left. Just 100 metres after the entrance of the Lycée turn left towards DARBACHI. Then turn left towards place Ben Saleh and park there. The Riad is a 1 minute walk through AZBETZ.
