The staff were very friendly and extremely accommodating - they helped us arrange trips we wanted to do, rescued us when we got lost and happily answered our many questions (including "please can we stay an extra night?!"). Our room (and the whole of the Hotel/Riad) was delightfully decorated and every inch full of Moroccan charm. It proved a real treat when we needed to escape the overwhelming hustle and bustle of Marrakech markets and noisy street life - a real gem. Treated ourselves to a ham.

Haman was first rate. Ideal for couples and singles but not, I would think, for families, and not ideal if you at all disabled because there are steep steps to the upper floors and roof garden. A bit difficult to find but you can ring and the staff come to guide you . A fantastic place to stay. My husband and I couldn't have stayed in a better place. A beautiful and clean Riad, excellent facilities, clean towels every day and a great breakfast to start the day. Just a 10 minute walk from the city centre, yet very quiet at night. After an exhausting day of site seeing, we were more than happy to stay and enjoy mint tea on the terraced roof, great dinner served with great views! A big thank you to Christophe, Mohammed and Badr, who were exceptional. They made . This Riad was perfect. The staff is so friendly and always trying to take care of you. The hammam and spa treatment that we had made me feel like a princess. The rooms are beautifully decorated as well as the rest of the Riad. An amazing place to stay in Marrakesh. We stayed in a historical design 2-bedroom suite. The room was spacious and very clean. Every morning we had the breakfast at the roof top and really enjoyed had nice chat with staff about the cultural and history of this old town. We arrived in the of month Ramadan, the restaurants and some shops were closed during daytime and reopen after sunset. It's very interesting. I was made to feel very much 'at home'. My room/bathroom was comfortable and Icharming with authentic decoration. The inhouse hammam and massage were superb. The inclusive breakfast and optional evening meals were simple but delicious ~ authentic cuisine. Manager and all staff could not have done more to make you feel welcome.It was my great pleasure to stay there. The design and atmosphere of the Riad were amazing. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. There was an incredibly relaxed, calm, family ambience. We were there only a couple of nights but you could spend a week on the roof terrace looking out over the city reading in the sun and the gentle breeze. The breakfast is very disappointing (bread and marmalade, raw fruits, orange juice, a pancake and a cup of yoghurt), also we asked for a shisha to enjoy the view from the terrace and received a small “toy water pipe” which actually did not work. The alcohol selection is also poor. This place would be 10/10 if they paid much more attention to the gastronomy. I recommend to order airport pick up from hotel especially for the first time travel, otherwise you will get lost. Can't really think of anything. We got a bit lost coming back from the souk but I guess that is part of the experience. If there has to be a negative: Watch out for the steps - the heights differ and the treads are uneven. My mother was not impressed! I think it adds to the authenticity of the riad :). The location was hard to find at first, but the owner kindly had typed out directions to main attractions- which helped us loads! Followed them step by step and had no problems at all!. For people who can't walk stairs, it can be a problem it is a bit difficult to find, but when you take pictures when you leave, it would be easy to find. And you always can phone the manager and they pick yo up, such a great service. There were 3 in our party. Mother and 2 daughters. Room consisted of 2 double and a put you up which was extremely hard. Consequences were 1 daughter was unable to come so I shared the double. I would not have been happy on the spare bed. Nothing. Can't think of anything-would definitely stay there again next time we're in Marrakech. The breakfast at 8.30 is later.Especially in summer we like to have breakfast earlier to go to visit the city when is cool. Very difficult to find, especially, without good map. It is difficult to find so make sure you call the Riad in advance. We had a room above the front door so was a little noisy. Neither points would stop me staying there again. The only thing which could have been improved was the food, a bigger selection would have been preferable. The directions were chatty but not that helpful. A map would have been better and signage in the street would have saved a lot of stress. The Riad cannot help it l but the Marakech youth are predatory with lost tourists. Nothing. Nothing. No locks on the room. Nothing to not like. Nothing, everything was amazing! Want to come back!. Our specific room had no AC but they provided us with a fan. Not the best, but it was ok. having to leave !. A map and description of the hotel is provided when you check in, but it would be much better to receive this before arrival, because we were kind of ripped of by one of those annoying guys in the street to show us the way. the trip into the hotel was somewhat offputting but do not let that deter you. one you are used to the surroundings you appreciate the lifestyle more and enjoy the whole experience far more. There was only one dish on the menu at the restaurant that could be adapted to be vegetarian (so we had the same thing for 3 nights). There are no other restaurants in that area and heading into the Souk for dinner at night felt too dicey. Bring a padlock for your bag as the rooms do not have locks. The house was a little bit hard to be found. price for food was a little bit expensive. We had to leave early because of our flight therefore we asked for a small breakfast. All we got was some cake and cold tea and cold coffee because it was prepared the night before! Nobody was around at 6.30 a.m Dinner was very basic. A wake-up call wasn't possible because the guy wasn't sure at what time he would be awake??. Difficult to find, a little far from the main square.
