Like an oasis right in market . Cozy and relaxing to come home to. Gave us mint tea on our arrival in lovely courtyard. Had dinner there one night and they served a great tagine. The people running it were very friendly and helpful with taxis and directions. It is hard to find but getting in there was part of the adventure !

Perfect staff, the manager was extremely helpful organizing our trips and answering all our questions etc. Really great guy. Also we got probably the best rate in the city to exchange our euros to Dirhams at the Riad. Very calm place to stay and relax after a busy day in Marrakech. The suite was really traditionally styled and cozy. Location of the Riad in direct neighbourhood of the spice market (souk), Bahia and Badii palaces and 5 minutes of walk from the main Jemaa En Fna square makes it a place where we will be pleased to stay again on our next trip to Marrakech.

Very helpful and friendly management. The Ryad was in typically relaxed Morrocan style with beautiful features in the public area and courtyard facing bedrooms. A nice roof terrace too. Well located in the old Medina although the entrance route via the old dark souk streets might be a little intimidating for some, although the streets were busy and appeared safe.

Almost everything -- the good location on the edge of Marrakech's medina near some key sites, the lovely communal spaces on the first floor, the design and comfort of our simple but extremely comfortable room, the breakfast and the very helpful manager, etc., etc.

The shower -- while lovely it was a bit dimly lit and the water pressure was a bit low at times. Not a big deal, though.

Authenticity. Experience. Helpfulness.

Bathrooms. Culture shock initially.
