Had an excellent time at hotel zahia. The place was clean and the staff were very friendly. Within 20 minutes walking distance of everything you'd want to see. Nice apartment, good location & price. You will get more than you paid for. Large supermarket and restaurants are nearly. 1- Good Airconditioning 2- Nice Garden & Flowers 3- Nice & clean Swimming pool 4- Friendly Staff.

The location is good. Nothing. Not much apart from the wifi cannot be accessed from the 4th floor. Wi-fi sometimes didn't work.. Double bed was mixed to single beds & two single Matrisses. My room was quite small and looked as if it needed to be updated, however it was clean. Elevator. Noise in the room from the street. The cleaning wasn't done well, and had to go down many times at the reception to ask for new bed covers (which hadn't been changed). The bathroom are dirty even after cleaning , some cleaner staff don't understand french or english so it was dificulte to tell them what you want . Where should I start, its located in a ghetto, its filthy, a crack den is a better description for this place, the hotel staff are aggressive and not helpful. Police are in and out of there on a regular basis nobody I met there enjoyed there stay.We left three days early because this place is pathetic. Cafe closed early so WiFi only available if I sat in stairwell. Kitchen and utensils horrible. Tv and air con did,nt work Just needs modernising. The reception staff is so rude, and there are cockroaches in the rooms. I am really disappointed with the staff, All receptionist are liar,they always change their commitment,visitor please don't go this hotel. Front desk staff were grumpy and unwelcoming. Health and safety was low on the priority list with at least one guest falling down the stairs that had been deliberately flooded as a means to cleaning, without ANY signage whatsoever to indicate the floor was slippery. Photos look much better than the reality!.
