I just loved the hotel, it is really new, very well decorated, really well located, very near to evrywhere and very easy to arrive by car, even it is in a small street ! the shower is better than the one I do have at home, and the living in the ground floor is just so cozy, you will feel really weel to spand some time there. I have looked for all hotel and I really was happy with my choise, there is no noise, the bad is wonderfull ! I onwer is just so helpfull and discret, she help us on changi.
all reviews » Everything was perfect from the first minute till the last! Excellent design, friendly and efficient stuff, very clean everywhere. Rooms are nicely decorated, spacious and very comfortable. Breakfast is perfect!!! You can also have a dinner in Riad, for us it was the best meal we had in Marrakech. You can have Hamam and massage on place, try - it’s just delicious. Prices are absolutely correct. The owner Isabelle is so welcoming, so friendly and so interesting person, she is ready to help you . Mustafa is a great host who is very passionate about his city and can give you lots of advice on where to dine, visit, shop and relax. He even taught us a a couple of useful words to cope with the souks! Both he and Abdul were accommodating and prepared a great breakfast for us despite our 4.30am departure from the Riad. All guest rooms are individually decorated and very comfortable with a modern but warm aesthetic. The common areas are calm and chilled out, a lovely escape from the rest of th. When walking down the small alleyway to reach the hotel I could never imagin what we would see when the hotel door opened, if you like contemporary design with traditional then this is the hotel for you. I was pleaseantly surprised how different each room was and pleased to see a docking station for our ipod, our room was on the first floor and over looked the lounge and dining area and when lit was stunnibg. The manager and his team of staff are friendly and helpful and provided all we needed. The thought put into everything- from the map of Marrakech, to the helpfulness of all the staff, to the gorgeous roses in our bedroom. Especially loved the quiet breakfasts on the terrace & the welcome mint tea after a hectic time braving the Medina. We would defintiely recommend Dar 73. Amazing place to escape the hustle and bustle of Marrakech. Out trip wouldn't have been half as good if we hadn't stayed at DAR 73. Highlights for us - our couples hamam - a beautiful dinner on the roof - the delicious breakfasts - Shisha on the roof under the moon - our beautiful room. Beautiful place, perfectly decorated, a relaxing paradise in a bustling city. Small rooms but everything is perfect. Very kind staff! Location is great (10 minutes nice walk from place Djemaa el Fna) although for the first time it was difficult to find (a very small street). Excellent service!! For a first time visitor to Marrakech the location was a bit daunting...initially we were not sure what to make of the men hanging around on the street outside. Dar 73 is very close to the synagogue therefore many are just there to socialize. Also, we assumed wifi was available in all rooms but it is only available on the ground floor. Once we figured this out it was fast and worked very well. They is nothing about the hotel and the staff to dislike. Nothing!. The rooms are very small (but perfectly equipted). We had a ‘suite’ but it was smaller then a normal hotel room. The price of € 100 (incl. Breakfast) was to expensive for such a small room. We booked a twin room but got a double. The breakfast is very basic with not much variety. Location is a bit quite at night though there is a police always nearby cause its near the sygonog. The street outside is full of people and we got hit by a girl on our way out. No complaints at all.
