  The staff at Riad Chamali couldn't have been more adorable! Every single member of the team was smiling & lovely & couldn't do enough for the guests. The manager (Mounaa I think) was exceptional. Various members of staff walked us places in case we got lost (to find a taxi, to find a safe route to the square etc) and happily served our bre... what people say » akfast even at the very late times we sometimes got up. Complimentary large bottle of water waiting in our room on arrival which was a nice welcome to - The people from Riad Chamali made ouwer stay great! I took my mam for her birthday to Marrakech. In the Riad my mam got flowers from the staff ! Wow that was a surprise! The manager of the Riad was very friendly, she knew a lot about Marrakech and the surrounding area! If she didn't know, she would come up with an answer later that day! -cooking lessons where great! -everybody was friendly! -taxi + excursions where great! Everything for a perfect city-trip or holiday!!!

Breakfast was really nice. Decor is very cosy and comfortable.   This was a lovely place to stay for a few nights while we were in Marrakesh. Full of atmosphere and Moroccan character. Not luxury but beautiful design, furniture and features. We had the two rooms on the ground floor with the courtyard and pool between them where we had breakfast - which was plentiful. The roof top terrace was great for sunbathin... what people say » g but a shame we could not dip in the pool from there or sunbathe by the pool. The place was very clean and the staff friendly and helpful. - The relaxation of the riad was wonderful, you would never know of all the hustle & bustle going on outside. The roof top area was lovely. Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble for them. They were always helpful with advise, making reservations & booking taxi's. Some of us had been before & would recommend an organised trip to the Altlas mountains & to see how the other half live at the NIkki beach! Some good shopping for souvenirs.
