Everything was perfect, the building itself was beautiful and a great environment to stay in. Breakfast was delicious - it was more or less the same every day but there was enough varietey within that (sweet pastries, three types of pancakes, homemade yoghurt, bread and more) to keep our tastbuds happy for a whole week. Staff were very warm and friendly (in particular the Manageress). Lovely traditional Moroccan decor, well appointed rooms, good pool. Food was also really good. Was also able to communicate with the staff via email before arrival to arrange our stay. Location was excellent, close to the Djemaa el fna, easy to find yet peaceful and quiet. We would not hesitate to stay at Riad Kaiss again.

The relaxation of the riad was wonderful, you would never know of all the hustle & bustle going on outside. The roof top area was lovely. Very friendly staff, nothing was any trouble for them. They were always helpful with advise, making reservations & booking taxi's.
Some of us had been before & would recommend an organised trip to the Altlas mountains & to see how the other half live at the NIkki beach! Some good shopping for souvenirs.

I have to say that what made my stay so great is the staff. Fouad is a genuinely caring person. .
We arranged to have dinner in the Riad the night we arrived it was delicious. The roof terrace is a fabulous place for the tasty breakfast or a quiet drink in the evenings. Riad Jnane Agdal was a beautiful hotel with excellent staff.
We found it a perfect place to relax after walking around the busy Souks of Marrakech. At times I much preferred sitting by the pool in the lobby than being outside in the heat.

We were welcomed with great hospitality in the Riad and although we had some (double)booking issues, were given a very nice room. The rooms were very clean and the roofterras offered a nice view during breakfast in the morning.
The Riad is located in a nice area in the Medina, making every morning's (<10min) walk to Djemaa el Fna very enjoyable.
It was a great place to stay, for the last days of our trip to Morocco, against a very fair tarif!

The location is the best you can expect. It's a 2 min easy walk from Jamaa el Fna. From the terrace (wich is amazing by the way) you can hear the noise in jamaa el Fna but in a good way. Inside the riad it's very peaceful. The riad is beatiful, just like the photos, even though the rooms seem a little more luminous in the net (that was not a problem, there was enough light).
