Almost everything, the staff was gret and very helpfull during all my stay in fes. After the Fes i come to mulay idriss, and from there I come back to airport, when i come back they store my belongings, four days after I stay in their hotel! awesome!!!. simple it was very reachable as the station is only few mins walk and there is masjid only about 5 mins walk and foods place all along the main road so there is plenty to look and see.

Fez was charming, perhaps the untidiness and dangerous situations were just a part of its charm. If Fez is to attract more western visitors it must provide a cleaner a safer environment. Very close to the central train station, 5 minutes walking. There were quite a few small resteraunts nearby within 5 minutes walking. The guy and the lady at the front desk were very friendly and helpful. I like almost everything, one and only thing I dislike, is the lack of WIFI in Room. You must go to the lobby if You want got WIFI conection. no comment. Although the staff is really helpful the guys do not realize that their loud discussions at 7.00 a.m. will wake you up and won't let you sleep anymore. I can't really understand how any hotel employee can shout early in the morning and do not even think that might be disturbing to the guests. well I was looking to spend a few hours in Hamam, the guy a reception said to me he will do all his best to make it working for me because the Hamam need a least 24 hours to be warm, but he didnt anyway it was not a probleme!!!!!!. Not much near this hotel to do or see. Staff did not provide any tourist information or no maps. Did know location of the tourist office. The bad was not very clean. The were nothing where you can put your clothes. The towels were not clean. I sent two messages to you using my booking account and got no answer so far from you. The evening of my first day at the hotel, I sent a message informing you that I would leave the following day instead of Saturday. Now the hotel is calling me to inform me that my booking is still for two days in the system. Limited breakfast,. Hotel Perla was Not as clean as I had expected for the price.Fez although charming was dirty with many dangerous situations such as misaligned footpaths, holes in footpaths and generally untidy and not properly finished off. Staff spoke very little English. Night staff, large older man, raised his voice to me telling me that I was with this other group that I'd never heard of. When he realized his error he apologized. Later he charged me 60 Dh to make a 10 minute telephone call to my local friends, without telling me of the charge. The call cut off abruptly without warning. Room was dirty, shower leaked all over the floor. Thrown together repairs to keep the room barely habitable. I would not return to this place. To be honest, we didn't like anything but the front desk staff. The rooms were old and dirty; toilets were old, no hair dryers, etc. etc.
