Nice hotel, situated in the new city so no need to walk through the medina.

Jnan is oriented on the moroccan rich rather then on europeans, so the service and interior were a bit dissapointing. Besides, staff does not speak proper english. And it was really bisarre that they dont offer taxi service. It was suggested to us that we catch a minicab on the street ourselves which means that we had to walk about 15 min to reach the main street every time we wanted to go out.

Calm area, wireless internet in the lobby

In the reception desk, all the staff which we had contact with, were proud, impolite and disrespectful,and we were not comfortable to ask anything from them.Breakfast was not in the shape of a 5star hotel. lack of smile among all hotel staff.
