location of the hotel near shoping area i.e the mosque and the bazar The staff are freindly ,though reception needs to be more dynamic and electronically supported ,system some times are down. The staff there was not quite kind and helpful. It was somehow strange that they refused our friend to visit us in the room even when it was just in the daytime. Staff were great very helpful The hotel itself looks a bit tired but the room was great, very modern bed and comfortable, also very clean.

The WIFI was very, very weak and only worked in my hallway. We requested a non-smoking room but we could smell cigarrete smoke anyway and the surface of the bed was uneven. Also the bathroom was not very clean; I found traces of human feces on one of the bathroom's walls and the bathtub was clogged. in the morning, water stopped working! hair dryer was out of function. there was some hair in the bathtub. no wifi connection in the room althought it's written wifi is avalable in all areas. The most unhelpful/ Rude Front Staff ever. When we left the receptionist followed us on his motorbike regarding a bottle of water he think we didn't pay for. Was very embarrassing on the Street. Honestly, it was such a shame to stay at that hotel. They accused me of using the mini bar and having some of the drinks were there whereas I never did. Also they did not recognize the prize that I had from letsbookhotel.com hence they charged me way more than the real prize that I was given by letsbookhotel.com. Literally the staff were such looters. everything else. The hotel was 4 star when it opened now it needs to be renewed from the dirty carpet to the missing tiles. Room was stinking. Staff totally ignorant even about the hotel position. Didn't even have a city map. Everything... Staff opens the door at night and take things from your room, and when you complain they say "it's only us!" while they didnt want to issue invoice when I decided to leave the hotel after 1 night... etc. Attitude of staff and reception,they lied to us several times, very bad and old sheets,we asked for new sheets the never get, very bad pilows, insects in the room, small bed not double. They tried to charge on s a breakfast we didnt get, very old room,shower break, thee I no enough light in the room, This hotel should be a one star hotel and max 15 euros night, I can demostrate all with pics.
