This is a gem inside the old, stunningly beautiful medina of Asilah. To find this high level of accommodations within the medina walls was the best surprise.
The entire place is spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. Said will greet you with a warm handshake and give you an entire tour of the tranquil space. Don't miss spending time on the terrace (a lounging tent is included!).

The design of the place was spot-on: it was clear that every detail had been thought out. Touches like beautiful lighting in the corners where light was needed at night, endless mint tea, and a fire burning on rainy days made me feel more relaxed than I'd felt in ages. I arrived two days in advance of a conference for which I hadn't yet written the presentation; I wrote it over my two days at Dar Manara and it turned out beautifully - the place had the unique value of being a wonderfully quiet .
The hotel is located in a tranquil area within the medina, within comfortable walking distance of cafes & restaurants. Ana and her staff will make sure your stay there is as warm and comfortable as practically possible and the attention to your concerns and detail is superb! Hotel is clean, safe and goes highly recommened.
Superb. Best place we stayed in Morocco.Very comfortable accommodation, house is rebuilt with nice traditional decorations and art throughout. Ana and Said were welcoming and caring. Breakfast was nice,large and tasty.
