  Staff was helpful as best to their authority. There is a lot of areas to sit, relax or sunbathe and eat/drink. I like the size of our room. - the staff was superb, stunning views, beautiful hotel, gorgeous young people waiting on you. the food was excellent.

  The price was incredibly reasonable, location was great it was close to everything in old Puerto Vallarta. Concierge was very knowledgeable & if she didn't know she'd find out for you.
