  Staff was helpful as best to their authority. There is a lot of areas to sit, relax or sunbathe and eat/drink. I like the size of our room. - the staff was superb, stunning views, beautiful hotel, gorgeous young people waiting on you. the food was excellent.

  First of all, we arrived on Friday and directly, we received a glass of champaign. The staff was so friendly. Then, we went with the butler to our room... A beautifull room like a dream, a paradise... We took the suite with ocean view. The room was huge, enormous. It was very clean. The housekeeping came twice a day.   The price was incredibly reasonable, location was great it was close to everything in old Puerto Vallarta. Concierge was very knowledgeable & if she didn't know she'd find out for you.
