We stayed here only for one night after a trip to Valladolid and Tulum
in order to catch a morning flight out of Cancun. The staff was friendly
and helpful on arrival. Car parking was included as promised. The room
was a bit sterile, but comfortable with nice towels and linens.

Pools are fantastic, rooms are well appointed. Ours had a full kitchen and laundry facilities - as well as great sea views.
The spa was fantastic also, with very attentive, friendly staff and good attention to detail, and a good service provided.
The hotel also has outdoor guest BBQ facilities, which I thought was a great idea.

Value for money. The staff in the dining room was excellent. unfailingly courteous, attentive without being officious or intrusive. The chambermaids were very good as well. Front desk great, checking in and checking out was very fast. -

nice beach. Clean swimming pools. There are a lot of different chaise at
the beacht (but a lot of good places were busy in the early morning with
just towels or bags of people who was not present at this chaise). There
