  I love the fact that the check-in was really fast despite the fact that when I came to check-in, they had 2 busses with loads of people coming in to check-in their groups as well. I used letsbookhotel.com and just showed them the notification and walla.... u got your keys.... the breakfast quality were really good as well. it wasn't a wide array b... what people say » ut, it was enough and I loveeee sitting outside at the patio while having breakfast. I was with my 5 yrs old son and my 70 yrs old mum. Really really - Everything was perfect, we book deluxe room, and request higher floor for good mountain view. Very much satisfied. An plus point for breakfast, food is super nice, from omelette, nasi lemak,sambal, salad,& many more,all tasty. 'Keep it up Chef" we love it. will come again to heritage.

  Deluxe duplex on the top floor is very nice and grand super king size bed. 2 bathrooms with separate toilets, shower and bath. 2 LCD TV too. Duplex is advertised for 3 pax on here.   We stayed at the Cameron Highlands Resort in Tanah Rata for 3 night in the month of September 2013. The hotel is part of the “Small and Luxury Hotels of the World” association. It’s located at around 2 km from Tanah Rata. If you wish you can walk from the hotel to Tanah Rata. In that case count on a 20 to 30 minute leisurely walk. The walk d... what people say » oes take you along the side of a busy road so don’t expect quiet and tranquility but it is a walk everyone in a reasonable state of health can underta - My family loved this hotel located beside the golf course.The staff from manager to receptionists to the luggage handlers are very gentle and helpful which often lack in other hotels. It has a nice ambiance and attractive interior decorating.The room was very spacious and clean.The balcony has a amazing view with the golf course on the front.Some people complaint about the traffic passing by but we didn't feel any difficulty getting a cozy and comfortable sleep.

  1. Excellent location - green mountains/hills were close by to give a beautiful view from my room windows. Yet the urban convenience of Tanah Rata town was not more than 5 minutes drive or 30 minutes walk. 2. Friendly and helpful staff - even when my group arrived earlier than the stated check-in time of 3pm, we were allowed to enter our res... what people say » erved rooms. Not the usual practice in other hotels. We were also allowed to change our pre-booked package dinner. That made the experience staying at - It was second trip to Cameron Highlands, really glad we stayed in Dela Fern. Room was spacious. We liked hotel's design and there was no smell of dampness. So cozy and clean. Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was quite nice with variety of food. We enjoyed our time there and definitely will choose again. Before we stayed in Smokehouse, it's nice to try colonial style hotel, but once was enough as damp bed and rubber sausages for breakfast couldn't get out of our memory.

  The family that runs the hotel is very helpful in answering any questions, booking trips, bus tickets etc. One can really tell they care about the hotel a lot- it is spotless, very well kept, also in a very convienient and comfortable way for the quests.   The apartment was really huge, really well cleaned and the view of the apartment was beautiful!! All of us is big family which total was 10 people even able to fit in the house!!
