  Everything is so well-organized and stylish. Amazing staff assures avery pleasant stay in modern, clean and comfortable rooms. The transportto main terminal by buggy takes 2 minutes and from there to lcc-t bypublic bus (1,5 MR/person) is ca. 15 minutes.   Reception Staff on arrival and departure were friendly and competent. They asked if we were like an upgrade at no extra charge. We naturally said Yes and were delighted to be shown to a wonderful suite of rooms with an ensuite plus another separate toilet and hand basin. We had drinks and dinner in our room where service was excellent. Our taxi... what people say » did not turn up, although ordered in advance to take us to the airport. However, staff quickly came to the rescue and arranged for a luxurious priva - This hotel is approx. 20-30 mins. drive from the airport in a quiet rural community. It is the perfect place to stay if you need a quiet place to recharge your batteries between flights. A better option than going all the way to Kuala Lumpur. Hotel staff are very accommodating.

  As it was 1.30am when I finally arrived at the hotel, it was a great relief to be treated with such kindness and consideration as I was cold and tired. I had a slight bout of the flu and was not feeling very well.   Great hotel for a stop over at Kuala Lumpur airport - or if you have an early flight or late arrival. Excellent pick up service provided by the hotel (5 MYR each way), the driver picked us up at exactly the agreed time, easy to find at KLIA. The next day we could choose the time they would bring us to the LCCT at KLIA. The rooms are much more spacious than t - The hotel is fantastic , although the location is not good as there were no shoping molls not lesures centers at all. The advantage of this hotel is very close to the International Airport. The hotels also providing the transportations from and to Airport with a very small charge. when i arrived no one help me to take the bags to my room as well as when i left. the receptionists were very helpful and very profesional.
