  amazing amazing hotel! we were welcomed with such amazing helpful staffs, they called in to make sure everything was ok for our room. the room was very clean and neat including the bathroom. the food were delicious. we ate for 2 hours during breakfast. the pool was very clean n very family-friendly. its even close to the beach.with safety walkway f... what people say » or us to cross the road. all in all, we had an amazing stay there.and definitely would come back soon :) - been staying in hydro hotel every week for a month now...its amazing...clean, comfortable..the food were delicious! staffs were always smiling n nice...we love this hotel and not planning to stay anywhere besides this one..its a keeper :)

  It was excellent stay! Very clean, neat hotel. Room has fan on the ceiling and effective quiet air con. All rooms are with sea view, so at night only fan was enough because of sea breeze. On balcony is soft settee with pillows, table with arm-chair and bathtub! Towels and bathrobes changed twice a day.   This is the second time I stayed at Hard Rock Hotel Penang. Was with three other friends and we checked into two adjoining hill view rooms on the 5th floor. The view was not as great as the sea view rooms and there were no balconies but it cost a lot less too during the peak holiday season so no complains. The check-in was quick (less than 5 minu... what people say » tes) and hassle-free despite the throngs of people. This being the hill view rooms, it was also alot quieter in the evening. Visited the Hard Rock Caf - The staff was not only friendly but helpful. We were in Penang with another family and my parents and did not arrange anything with the hotel in advance. There were no van rentals available but the concierge tried and made a few phone calls for us and did manage to one for us. We were really grateful to them for even trying. The pool was fabulous and my children (9, 5 and 4) absolutely LOVED it. We booked a King's Double room and was pleasantly surprised when HRH upgraded us to a suite which is

  My husband and I love the bed very much. Very comfy...the room is also clean. I think the hotel room is more suitable for business travelers - I like the buffet in the hotel, its cheap for that expensive food i think it should be 5-stars class buffet

  We came early and the front desk staff allowed us to check-in 2hrs before the normal time as soon as the room was vacant. It's really great since we are very tired from our long bus travel. The room we took is the seaside and the view was great.
