Even the environment is a bit scary....but the accommodation is in the best conditions. Thumbs up.... town is near by ,shopping comples food court,and many more to say go and see for yourself. Reasonable price.. Based on the facilities provided its really worth of money with given our limited budget.. The facilities provided is good. The swimming pool is clean and less crowd. The apartment condition is great.. Spacious, comfort and these give us a home like feeling.. The owner is very helpful.. Otherwise the trip was cool and enjoyable..
all reviews » Very near to town with a lot of facilities, eg eating places, shopping, etc. the condo at 5th flr is clean n comfortable. the rooms are big enough. Swimming pool. Prices chips. Nice place. sufficient car park,easy access because close to main road,suitable for family stay. Price reasonable for 3 bedroom considered cheap Easy for parking. good for bring all famliy near to beach all day swim at pool. You could check in at anytime you want. location good for holiday makers. Apartment yang luas. quite cheap. It is very quiet & peaceful. Plenty of parking. Got further discount after talking to the staff managing the place. super cheap considering it is peak season where we are given a whole full unit to ourself with two bathrooms, kitchen & living room equipped with tv. Swimming pool is nice but the public bathroom is smelly. Nothing. toilet ..... a bit smelly. Cuttleries and crockeries needs to improve, very low quality.. Unsuitable for cooking purpose. It would be better if the air-conditioner get the room cool faster as the weather in PD is quite hot. The surrounding is kinda creepy as less people stay here.. Need to improve television channels as its very limited. Its quite far from clean beaches. Room facilities, eg the fridge not working properly. Even the floor is not clean and shower not working. Windows in the master bedroom no curtain because the window glass is very clear. the 2nd flr corridor no light look like haunted house. 1. one of the rooms in the apartment dont have an air-conditioner 2. the kitchen is not in a good condition 3. the television is an old fashion and cannot watch it due to the connection is not so good. The resit for payment is not really look like pd marina world something like a homestay. security is not good drunk people making noise late at night. poor check- in service,the swimming pool water not clean. Policy. Once you click booking you never get cancel. Environment seen like abandoned place. Far away from beach. fully with mosqito.. pool didnt re clean fasilities for bbq very bad nothing special. The apartment is too dirty and dusty, the swimming pool is so dirty, there is no 24 hours swimming pool as stated on the website, the lift is spoiled, the staircase has no lights, there is no directions for us to find your apartment. astro tv programmes should be provided. Kebersihan kurang memuaskan. like living in horror movie. My room no aircond and I have to sleep outside/hall - fan . not beach side. Away from beach. Reception office was closed when we got there! No toilet paper! No Soap! Kitchen is filthy & fridge has got someone else bag of drink in it! One broken Kitchen doors sitting on kitchen bench. Kitchen bench top is in a mess. Bath room shower knop broken! The whole block is Very Very rundown. One lift is not working. Feel very insecure. Back glass door cannot be lock even though we are in the 3rd floor up. Will never go back there ever again. The whole compound is too quiet & dead! The bed is sinking soft where everytime one of us toss, the other will wakeup. Felt like did not rest at all. No receptionist nor staffs to answer your cry for help. stay at your own risk. I dont like the building. Is not really look nice. If can please do some maintenance on the building like painting. The first room i check in was very bad. No hot shower, bad smell at house, no astro and broken bed set. Than shifted to another apartment. Everything. Very disappointed as when we check in mgt go for prayers. That is not service. Totally not acceptable as I have to take my own towels. The lift stink. Very disappointed. The beds were soo dusty n dirty. Airconds not cold enough. Floors soo sticky.
