Hi , My self _ SAM wingrove I am a frequent comer in armada with my fiancee...... Let me explain bit briefly , I love this place because its always make me feel like own home . Every one from car joky , Gate welcomer, reception , customer service Specially I remembered few names .. Mr Ramesh Miss Staila And rest of team from dinning to cafe _ Room service and security all acts like a family . Rest if I start writing , I can write book of excelience at Armada and staff. I love to be there.
all reviews » The staff very good. I left my purse at room and check out. After that they call me to collect it. Very appreciated it. Thanks!!!!. The renovated room make the difference vs the old style rooms. The cost is a bit higher but more comfortable and worth its money. Staff very helpful, they don't mind giving extra pillow and blanket, very understanding. Locality and area. breakfast was excellent. Porter service excellent and helpful. It's a good hotel to stay if you do business in PJ and I've stayed many times. room is spacious overall ambience is very relax after A tiring day. In fact nothing but the restaurant remains old stylish. Unfortunately they charged my credit card twice for my last stay which is unacceptable. Therefore, keep an eye on your statements. bidet should be made available in every room. nothing in particular. i request for king size bed was provided with two single beds. Locality not convenient for those without own transport to go for foods and shopping. Parking space are limited. Pedestrian access not easy. The lobby. Room phone break down and no hair dryer. None. -na-. The bathroom did not have a hand bidet. Location in a business area was a bit too far for the type of cultural city trip we were on, the lrt train station nearby closes after midnight and taxis charge double. The toilet flushing system is a bit slow and the water pressure quite low. There was no bidet hose in the toilet. no minus. Bath room will flood due to poor shower and bath tub design. A major flaw!. -Early check in which was booked online, did not eventuate. -A used condom was found underneath the bed. Seriously this is disgusting and completely unhygienic. What it shows however is a lack of diligence on the part of room cleaners. If they cant clean up this sort of mess, then how diligent re they with the shower and bathroom and bed overall? Seriously disappointed about this. The room smells of cigarette smoke, probably from previous occupants. Hairdryer works well but the iron was not working. At 11am, called to confirm that I will be arriving at 4pm and the hotel confirmed that they will hold my room for me. Upon arrival, I had to wait for 30minutes before they could find a room, and even then I was given one of the older ones with just a bath tub. Location is not very strategic. Have you seen the wardrob?? its very dusty.So bad. Bathroom floor water wet and never move causing inconvenience Book room by e mail using credit card but at the counter I was told the card was not charged so I pay cash latter I was told the card charged the money return back. The smoke smell gave us a sore thoat. the hotel is old and not renewed, the room looked so empty only the basics is available, its not clean, furniture is old, i am shocked its ranked as 4 stars hotel. i forgot my phone in the room and they claimed never found it at the end. room service never cleaned the room properly. covers had stains. The room: No maintenance. The wall light was fused and not pleasant. Parking always full.
