I like the environment that hotel, the location is nearby lrt, easy to finding the way. Everything is fine.most like it. :). The atmosphere make me feel relax and room decoration and design is very good. 1. the location suited us 2. The rooms were a good size. staff was polite. Place was quiet and comfortable. I like the room is very comfortable n cleanliness.

Room service was fast and friendly, breakfast was plentiful and staff were all very helpful. What I like most is the hotel is so near to my destination. Easy access a nice Japanese restaurant. beds is clean breakfast is tidy. Very fast check in. Spacious room. Fair enough. location. Fair. I don't like the female malay staff. She are so rude when answer the phone call. The car park is a bit far from lobby. 1. the sofa in the room & the chairs in the brass cafe needed a change of upholstery. They were greasy. 2. The towels did not smell fresh. I presumed they were changed daily. 3. There was no variation in the breakfast menu - it was the same everyday. Internet connection is intermittent. I don't like the menu room services is quite expensive. But anyway the overall is good... Nothing. Hotel needs a refurb, looking a bit dated. Room was musty and had mould on the ceilings. Furniture was dated but generally clean and functional. The breakfast rate is high and is not varieties with little quantity. Parking narrow Breakfast do not have room service. small rooms poor furnishing bathroom does not feels sympathetic tea was not good. Gym operating hour and equipment WIFI connection is REAL bad. i found water installation at AC broken when i am stay there. due to i am check in at afternoon, and must check out early at morning, so i let it and just sleep. hopefully they will prepare more best for the next. towels need a new set (too old, not fresh feel n look) sofa leg rest dirty ,. marks exist but not attended. bed linen needs new set, now is like hostel standard tea coffee sachets no variety. Staff not really friendly, i am keep on waiting at the reception counter. Room service slow. Frontdesk service slow. The room got weird smell, toilet cannot be flush. The car park also very inconvenience. wifi is not available it's not convenient for going shopping and meal it doesn't equip with full facilities.
