Room: Very Spacious, clean, amenities like tv, Fridge, Chairs, Table, Mirror, Cupboard. Location: Vey near to Airport & in the middle of most happneing place. Lots of restaurants, shops & beach activities around. But it is absolutely value for money. It's a decent resort. Right at the beach front. That's the major plus, because it has an extremely strategic location. It's walking distance to shops and restaurants around Cenang. I'll definitely stay there again.

First six nights stayed in premier seaview room,room was large reasonably clean but worth the extra money to be right on the beach.The best thing about the hotel is the location right in town centre on the beach. Very near to the beach. Its directly behind the building which makes it very convenient. Just a short drive to the underwater aquarium and the duty free shop next to it. Room is spacious. 1)Location is wonderful,just besides the beach. The kids enjoy great time and a lot of fun there. 2)Room fee is very nice. Safety Locker was not working in my room. The resort is a bit old. But the rooms are kept pretty clean. Lack of power point. Found only one available (the other is for tv/fridge).Limited tv channel. The water pressure of the hot shower was not very strong..Breakfast served in the morning was terrible....Hope the check-in time can be earlier as 3 pm is very late... Breakfast menu was limited and reception treatment at the time of check in was quite poor. TOWELS WERE TESTED OUT..NEED TO BE REPLACED BY NEW ONCES. When we first checked-in, the room is not very clean. Traces of beach sands at the carpet & floor. staff was not behaving well because of their policies or any other reasons pls ask them to improve breakfast facilites for guests. Staff aren't friendly enough and also cannot speak well english. Very run down and in need of major upgrade/overhaul. Not the cleanest place especially around breakfast area. last two nights were in standard room badly in need of renovation there are better places than this for this price. The building is really old and needs refurbishing. The staff actually asked us to put our luggage into the storeroom ourselves when we decided to leave our bags in the hotel before we checked in. Hair dryer wasn't available at all. 1)The room is not clean enough. 2)The air conditioner makes terrible sound in my room.Luckily it doesn't bother us too much since we are so tired that we can sleep very well. 3)One of the reception staff works very slow during the checking in time. It takes 20 minutes to check in for one client. Besides that lady, other staffs are quite nice and helpful. - limited TV Channel - breakfast too less choices - kind of wasted the breakfast area which is near to the beach, should build additional bar or fruit juice counter to serve customer during evening and night time so that customers won't feel lonely and quiet when sitting/relaxing around the area during the night. The room had some severe issues with mold and overall cleanliness. The staff didn't seem very professional and we actually had some guests ask us how to find their rooms as no one had shown them where it is. Front office desk not friendly not proffesional not helpful. Equipment is simple but normal. i would have preferred a room on the beach. rooms a bit dark and towels were awful. just so worn away. Breakfast catered very well for Asian diets, maybe some more/different fresh fruit would be great. no proper car park. breakfast is so so; old hotel,. The air conditioner was making noises and not cold at all even though the temperature was set at 20 degree celcius. The bathroom was not clean. There was stains on the bed sheet and the comforter. Not recommended at all. Staff and service. Constructions going on. now so welcoming environment. The breakfast is suck. dirty corridors & public spaces non-existent wi-fi very noisy at night with people drinking & shouting - no control from hotel staff. The hotel is under renovation! At peak season? Best Star should have avoided renovation while taking in guests, this makes the hotel appears in bad shape. This hotel is old, when we checked into the room we were welcome by broken glasses in the toilet. Aircond is leaking, smelly room, Noisy corridors. Luckily we only stay a nite there. All the facilities were very old. Dirty, filthy, dark, hotel under renovation, a lot of sand inside room, towels good for wiping feet only, creaking bed sound, free breakfast with poor varieties, free breakfast with table full of sand. Nightmare............ No friendly on staff and worst on facilities that provided.bed sheet smelly and not clean. The front office staff were the most rude people i have ever come across in the hospitality industry. Not attentive and helpful staff member. Slow in reacting. Rooms were not as great as advertised. No basic amenities in the room. I am truly disappointed. I understand that we were staying in a budget hotel, so we were fine with the poor shower system, dusty and sandy carpets, as well as basic amenities. However, the one thing we couldn't accept was this: there were WOMEN'S PERIOD STAINS all over the mattress we slept on. How GROSS!. Staff Breakfast No proper Wifi connection as promised when I booked. mosquito, old towel, dirty bed staff, smelly room (#113). rally breakfast was not good nasi goring spoiled but they people knows don't want to remove.
