  The staff without exception were friendly and helpful and made our stay easy. The rooms were comfortable, clean and soundproof. The swimming pool is a great place to de-stress after a long flight and we loved the food in gastro sentral restaurants. The closeness to klia express and ease of getting to the airport - Very convenient location next to Sentral station makes it so easy to connect to the airports. Great facilities - pools, spa, good restaurants and food choices. I stayed on the executive floor which is always a pleasure. Meridian is attached to the Hilton and you can walk through to use their coffee and food outlets and bars etc.

  A superior hotel. Staff are friendly,speak English and are a cheerful and respectful lot. The kl hilton is in the middle of kl. It has the main rail station at the door..convenient to go to a lot of places!! A very good price for the best hotel I have ever stayed at. Staff will do anything you ask ...and they get it done straight away...they know ... what people say » you are the guest. Food and drink are not cheap (but not too bad) at the hotel...a pint of beer = 50 MYR-Malay ringgit which is about $15 usd/aud each - I love this hotel, for an overnighter between flights it is a much better alternative than the airport hotels as right at central station and much better value, and nicer than Sama Sama at airport. Fabulous comfortable rooms, great bathrooms, upgrades if available and good room service meals. Have stayed a few times now and will always be my go to for short stays in KL, not located centally to Petronis Towers etc but public transport at your doorstep and is right on the extensive KL park netw

  I like the first impression of the staff not the location. But doorman or Bellman,has to be outside sometimes, I understand it's hot out side But sometimes, I got lost with my Taxi driver when I came, even my friend when came to visit me. Upon escort any guest to room, room orientation is well needed there, as I kept ask - i booked a honey moon suite and it was the best room which any one can get,it had inbuilt jacuzzi and very very neat room. Staff were excellent. Indian street was close by ,just 2 streets across,so there was no issue about indian food. China town is walkable distance people looking for value for money shopping. Burger king, mc donalds is very close by.
