It is well located, easy walking distance to many sights in the city - seems to be quite safe, the door is closed at night - not everywhere common in malaysia, was silent enough to sleep, good when you are backpacker, for 1-2 nights.

I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family. room size is good, clean, confy bed. to my suprised the bahtroom is spottless clean. AC working good. can't beat the location, perfect location, near central market, petalling street , kasturi walk next door. near to pasar seni lrt, bus stop infront. you can board 'go KL" bus which is free.. easy acces to anywhere.

Location is great, just between china town and central KL. A few stops to KLCC, Nice lounge, rooms are OK, showers clean and were available at any time I needed them. Free tea and coffee all day through. Plenty of taxis around at night if you need them to get to airport or KL sentral. Nice place to stay if you are in KL for a few days.
