The deluxe room was spacious and very comfortable. The staffs were
very attentive and friendly. Breakfast buffet were delicious
combinations of malay and indian cuisine. The hotel area is surrounded
by markets and shops that are adequate for bargain shopping.
Definitely will be back to stay.

It is well located, easy walking distance to many sights in the city - seems to be quite safe, the door is closed at night - not everywhere common in malaysia, was silent enough to sleep, good when you are backpacker, for 1-2 nights.

I like everything with this hotel. We arrived early morning and they allowed us to checked in as early as 10am. Everyday the house keeping offer their service to clean the room and refilled the soap, shampoo, toilet paper and drinking water. Towel changed daily. The family room are huge good for big family. We enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere and the comforts offered. The breakfast buffet was more like a mid-day meal there was so much choice. There are principly three restaurants offering a large selection. The rooms are large with ensuite bath and shower facilities. There are always staff on hand to help or guide. The Monorail is a 5 minute walk

The staff in Sheraton is just amazing, a front desk agent who remembers your name upon arrival (I visit the hotel last in July 2013) and they treat you as a human and you can feel it’s a sincere and honest way, rather than the “I have to do” attitude because "I am told to do".
