My husband & I stayed there for our 1st anniversary . Since it was school holiday & public holiday we couldnt get any other place to go because most of the hotel outside kuala lumpur are fully booked . This villa situated right in the middle of the city & just 5 mins drive from our working place . But it was worth it . We really loved the place . It was as if we were celebrating our anniversary somewhere else . It was so relaxing & the workers are so friendly . They even gave us.
all reviews » The setting (a peaceful oasis in a big city) and the environment created within the grounds, pool, garden etc are extraordinary. The staff and management could not do enough for us. The manager even drove us to the station (for the airport) early in the morning when our booked taxi failed to appear. The room was beautifully conceived and decorated, restful, cool when necessary. Breakfast, and dinner at the associated restaurant, were high quality, tasty and well serve--as well as benefitting fr. Everything about villa Samadhi was excellent. The staff were very friendly and helpfull too. A great place to just relax and chill out in a very busy city. I like the Jacuzzi. Its big. Clean. The room is also big and Clean. its a good place to stay. Great place to stay, great people who dont really want you to work but relax. Every thing is will prepared I liked the My tradishinal brackfast. Service, boutique, character, ambience. excellent facilities. Cherie the manager is a high quality staff. Cleaness of the hotel is good. Quiet location. As a boutique hotel, it has its inevitable quirks. An in-room jacuzzi that comes on twice a day at set times and cannot be switched off was noisy, humid, inconveniently timed and an attraction for mosquitos. The room had no easy chairs or places for cases which had to be put on the floor. (A table was quickly added when we asked.) No phone in the room seems like a good idea (tranquil; no interruptions etc.) but was merely an irritation. Nothing. The air-con in my room was hot. Eventhough ive adjusted it til 16deg. It was cold for a second, suddenly become hot again. The breakfast was ok. But ala carte is a no no for the amount that i paid. Location was inconvenient. Some very small things that I dont even want to mention as they would expose me as too picky !!. the manager even friendly makesa lot of questions about 'where have you been', 'where are you going'.... intimacy is needed!!!. Jaccuzi heating time is not control by clients yet by hotel time set. anyways..Everything is to be improve. I can actually get a better resort in Bangkok with lesser price. Food (selection and quality) was very disappointing. No comfortable seating in the room or around the pool (just day beds). Inattentive staff - on numerous occasions there was just no one in the restaurant, during meal times, or reception area. We made a mistake and booked the hotel for a worng date. We reached out to the hotel reservations office, asking them to understad the situation but they just email their policies back and charged for the full stay even if we could not go on those dates. No simpathy whatsoever. I was a leats expecting them to offer a disscount rate if we booked the roome for the right days, but not even a "we are sorry".
