فندق جديد يفتح النفس وراقي جدا وخدمة اكثر من ممتازة - في غرفتي كان ضغط الماء الساخن ضعيف فاعطوني الغرفة التي بجانبي بالاضافة الى غرفتي لكي استخدم حمامها و اصلحوا حمام غرفتي اثناء خروجي - يهتمون جدا لراحة الزبون Great place - friendly staff - perfect service . I really enjoyed my stay. I want to stay there next time. As I've experienced many hotels in KL, grand hayatt is one of the best. The location of the hotel is distinguishable. The staff are very kind & ready to go the extra miles to make you satisfied & keep smiling all the time. The 38th restaurant is a must see while staying in the hotel.
all reviews » The design of the Hotel room, especially the bathroom/closet area, functional and beautiful. Other space of the Hotel are equally well designed. The pool is a very pleasant area and has a great service from the staff - all were very friendly and attentive to our needs. The services were wonderful, cleanliness superb and location are suited to both family and kids cos so many shopping area all around @Suria KLCC, Pavilion Mall and Bt Bintang shopping sites. Will visit them again. Nice modern hotel with friendly staff and excellent shopping location. The hotel over me late check out 3:00 pm and they upgrade me from normal blue taxi to a BMW in one of my journey with same price. i love everything about this hotel even the food n the place where we could enjoy the food are full of stunning view of kl n klcc n view frm the top was fascinated... excellent city centre hotel, perfect for business, even more so if your business takes you to the city centre. first class facilities, good in-house restaurants. Couldn't advise about media rates; western cuisine a bit overpriced (quality, taste & portion do not commensurate with price); duck fat potatoes still on menu although item has been replaced by fries; 38 too dark (couldn't read menu); Essa spa facilities under maintenance; no visible signage from carpark to Sky lobby (confusing for first timers). Staff is a bit struggling. The quality of foods and service of the restaurant on the ground floor terrasse has space for improvement!. Nothing. The bathroom was a bit small. reception on the 35th floor creates issues. Location is in a high traffic area. A pricey. Reservation and front office somewhere in the 30s floor! Makes it inconvenient to go back n fourth for some assisstance!. Elevators. I don't like the fact that going to ground floor from my room floor needs transfer of lift at top floor lobby, very troublesome. service staff small bath tub. Not easy to excess or not convinience - lobby on top floor then go to the other lift for going to the room.
