Big, neat, clean & tidy apartment. With washing machines & kitchen. Suitable for family & friends. With a little gym & swimming pool. Large shopping mall nearby.

Pool water quality can be better. Shuttle bus easily full. Takes 20-30 min shuttle to city centre

1. Clean, even no dust under the bed. ( also have floor washing equipment ) 2. Facilities ( 3 unit aircond fully working ( 1 living area, 2 room ), kitchen with appliances, refrigerator, washing machine with detergen, boiler, tv, astro, dvd player, sofa, 2 single bed, 2 double bed, 6 towel, dining table. 3. Comfortable. 4. Secure. ( only tenant with id card can through in. Also car park. 5. Swimming pool & gym. 6. Friendly. ( Faster respond if asking something )

1. Maxis home wireless didnt working ( suggest use streamyx at least 1MB & its unlimited ) 2. Hopefully got dryer machine.

Good place for family to stay. Apparment is nice,bige,clean and strategy places for shopping. Nice services also value for money. Excellent place, highly recommend.

No lobby, No staff at all,Difficult to find KK suites Residence because don't have the sign board name and I asked some people didn't know where is the KK suites Residence.

Stayed for a night, good location if you have business dealings within the vicinity of Karambunai

A bit far from KK town, and to/from will easily take about 30 min

It was just an average , no or almost no service for the apartment , they gave us only one key for whole family .if any one of us was out of apartment for shopping etc . then all other have to wait till he comes back because due to security reasons lift and doors are locked and fitted with key scanners .

I have been booking hotels through letsbookhotel.com for last many years , but it has never happened that any hotel ever charged my credit card without my prior permission and proper signatures and did not gave receipt of payment .I am astonished how kk suites did it ?
