  Mahkota Hotel is always our choice whenever we make a trip to Malacca. It is a very family friendly hotel and we like it very much. However, the hotel should put more effort to upkeep the rooms and some of the staff are not so friendly but if your are lucky enough, you will be entertained by those staff who are so friendly and customer oriented.... what people say » Food and facilities are good. - The check in staff were very friendly and helpfull. Also the airconditioning was working very well and the shower was in top shape.
