The staff is so nice and helpful, good location for shopping and food, and they had reserve a parking for us, when come back from other place, can park directly, room very nice compare with many KL 4 or 5 star hotel...Excellent!! On a separate note, I had a bad experiecned with one of the front desk staff while I was talking to her to complaint that my air cond room was not working when I came back from dinner somewhere at 11pm. I couldn't continue to talk to her as she was being rude to me . However, I have to say great job to... what people say » the Manager for taking over to entertain me & has given me a better room with great hospitality. The next day once I am back from work a lady man - Love the furniture and atmoshphere of the room. Warmth, luxury, and all promised on the images seen was there. Reliable and consistent services just like other Novotel Hotels Chains brand we expected.   Very prompt responses and services rendered by Mdm Debbie and Mdm Gloria. Apartment and parking securities were excellent. Rooms are big, very clean, and tidy. Couldn't ask for more.   The manager Michael was particularly helpful especially when the washing machine flooded the kitchen and must say I am really grateful. All the washing of the half washed clothes and drying was done a his own time. - The manager speaks fluent English and mandarin . Very warm and helpful.

  First when I been told the service apartment cost only RM180 (2 Rooms) per night, Me and my friends were like "Is it haunted?" But however due to our traveling budget, we still choose F&K residences as apparently it's indeed the cheapest in price yet provide free airport transfer.
