  Location is great, walking distance (5-10min) to jb Sentral and City Square Mall. I stayed in family room 503, the room is spacious, clean, and comfortable.   Stayed in Deluxe room for 3 pax. It's the only hotel that actually provided amenities for 3 pax without asking. Most other hotels, I have to call for extra amenities even though I already booked for 3 pax! We stayed in a triple deluxe room and room was comfortable and amenities is adequate though the air conditioning could be better as the remote switch seems malfunction. All in...is value for money and I will return again if I drop by to JB again.

  We stayed 7 nights at the hotel. It has a wonderful set of young and very helpful staff. We very much enjoyed our stay at the hotel and we commend it for the excellent breakfast. The bed was very comfortable and we were happy with the attached bathroom. Two are within walking distance. - Friendly staffs, all basic things like towel, toothbrush, tv with programmes to watch, the hotel is nicely designed. Extra door before the lift for extra security. Lift buttons are touch sensors, very cool. Basin for handwash before lift. The basin is just what I need when my hands are oily from the breakfast in the hotel.

It also has a weigher so you can check your luggage(s) weight if you have a flight after that. Really great hotel since it's relatively cheap if you look to what you get. Overall, this hotel looks good and clean.

  We had the pool terrace room which the kids fell in love with as the pool is right outside our room. The deck outside the room served as a wonderful place to relax and watch the kids swim or to sip coffee in the morning or evening. The staff were friendly, especially the cafe staff.   Staff attitide is excellent. I would like to thanks the staff who work at the night shift (around 12am). There's no parking available but staffs tried their best to find the parking lot for me. I did not expect I will have such high standard of service when staying at budget hotel. Although its at cheaper rate, the facilities is the best among all... what people say » budget hotel!! Strongly recommend!! - Staffs were very friendly and helpful. I was there during weekends and requested them to book a cab for me. No cab wanted to come to fetch me due to the location and the "boss" told me that if needed he will send me to the place I intend to go. I did not ask for his help but when I was going back after checkout, he send me back to the shopping center nearby.
